How to Create Google Forms

Ways that you can use to create Google Forms:

  • From forms.google.com, click Blank or choose a template.
  • From drive.google.com, click New > Others. Next to Google Forms, point to the Right arrow and click Blank form or From a template.
  • Name your form: In the top left corner, click Untitled form or the name of the template form and enter a new name.
  • (Optional) Add description: Under the name of the form, add your text.
  • (Optional) Change the background or topic color: Click the palette (Color Palette) then choose a color or topic.

The Forms Editor is really easy to learn. Your form will fill the center of the screen, with room for titles and descriptions accompanied by form fields. Click the form section to edit and add a question.

Use the dropdown box next to the field to select a section type, such as multiple choice, checkbox, short answer, and so on.

Google Forms offers several styling options. The toolbar on the right allows you to add more and more form sections.

How to Submit Google Forms That Have Been Made?

  1. At the top right, click Submit.
  2. (Optional) To collect e-mail addresses: If the form listener is limited to your organization, check to automatically collect the e-mail addresses of your respondent organizations. If you are distributing forms externally, check Collect e-mail addresses.
  3. Choose how you want to submit the form:
  4. Enter the e-mail address in the On field. You can customize the subject and message content.
  5. Link-Click the ‘insert link’ link. You can shorten the URL. Click Write and paste a link to a conversation, conversation, or e-mail.
  6. Website content-Click on the Embed code. You can confirm the dimensions of the inline frame. Click Copy and paste the HTML into your website or website.
  7. To submit your forms on your social media, you just have to click on one of the social media symbols.
